I thought it 100% went to the kids if no will? Eta: In Louisiana

Correct. In Louisiana, absent a will, the stepmother would only have usufruct. After she dies, it would go to your father’s surviving children.

I’ve seen this many times where the surviving spouse tries to give assets to her family that they only had usufruct of. Courts shut that down instantly.

*** not legal advice***

I’ve bought several. Usually meet them at their office. No issues.

Agreed. Only time I went I was rushed bc I had my young son with me. I need to go back and do it right.

Another thing to keep in mind is that 5w30 will protect better than 0w20. The reason that its specs for that oil is cafe regulations for fuel economy to not get fined in America.not for protection sake

True. The 0w20 is just recommended to meet cafe like you said. It’s only designed to get the engine though the warranty period, not the 250,000 miles the engine was engineered to endure.

I got my last one from Huntfield Labs out of Mississippi. They only do British Labs. I just use mine as a house dog, but she is a wonderful dog and great with kids.

There’s a place in Plaquemine that this is all that they do and they have people lined up all day long. I guess they will still have business inspecting commercial vehicles but it seems like it will definitely affect their business and the business of people like them.

Good. They serve no public service. The whole thing is a government jobs program scam.

Throw it in the trash just like you can with the unconstitutional red light camera tickets.

Could the state get sued over this?

Perhaps, but where do you think the state gets its money from? Taxpayers. The taxpayers would literally be suing themselves.

Honest question. Are you saying that basically some grunt wires up top and then the master electrician wires up the circuit board or something?

That’s exactly how my guy does it.

Or if you are looking to save money you can run all the wires yourself and have a licensed electrician terminate them for you.

If you are a master electrician and you are going into hot attics you are doing it wrong. That’s what the apprentice is for.
1. I had no idea that LIV was scheduled to come to Louisiana.

2. How can you cancel/postpone a tournament that is only 2 months away. That's crazy to me.

However, if someone that owned your property in the past had allowed the hotel to build a parking lot on what is your property and the parking lot has been there a long time then the hotel owners would have a very good adverse possession claim.

That would not be adverse possession since he had permission to use the land and was not trespassing. Just bc a previous owner allowed someone to use property that doesn’t mean the new owner has to ( unless a recorded lease is involved (which isn’t the case here))
