I have bought 2 cars from them over the years... Not terrible to deal with but some of that depends on the sales person. Yokem is not real keen on negotiating the price generally but if you stick to you guns you are more likely to have success in the negotiation process...

As someone that has been a part of contract negotiations for over 20 years I can tell you I have seen plenty of "preliminary framework" type of set ups go up in flames when all parties are sitting at the table. There is nothing binding with them and sometimes the other party is acting in bad faith when signing them..

If I was a politician running in the midterms I would develop out this thought to include any American Citizen Harmed by any Terrorist Organization would have a substantive dollar amount confiscated and distributed to each of the victims immediate family. I watched this vid on youtube and finally caught a still of the moment of impact and it looks to me like the DB's shoulder was the point of contact for the helmet... intentional or not that's a flag...

This is another aspect of this that could be messy... While I am sure there is a large portion of the younger demographic that is probably favorably disposed to a western democracy model, I not sure the degree to which Russia would exert its influence to prevent that...

The basis and guiding principle behind our "civil" rights begin with the Divine. And our Constitution is a document that merely reflects those rights through its various amendments. This is articulated mored directly in the Bill of Rights which (I know) was formulated after the original Constitution.
So if I understand his point it is a very important one...
