Officials warned further escalation could deepen the conflict

This is clearly not so subtle code for "since we cannot hurt the US we bill target our neighbors in an effort to make their lives miserable enough to tell the US to stop"...

Yokem in Shreveport seems like they are pretty good.

I have bought 2 cars from them over the years... Not terrible to deal with but some of that depends on the sales person. Yokem is not real keen on negotiating the price generally but if you stick to you guns you are more likely to have success in the negotiation process...

As someone that has been a part of contract negotiations for over 20 years I can tell you I have seen plenty of "preliminary framework" type of set ups go up in flames when all parties are sitting at the table. There is nothing binding with them and sometimes the other party is acting in bad faith when signing them..

I disagree with this assessment....

While I am no expert and do not have access to all the data... I agree with your take on this...

They shouldn't get one red cent of that money as they have shed Americans blood for 47 years with no consequences.

If I was a politician running in the midterms I would develop out this thought to include any American Citizen Harmed by any Terrorist Organization would have a substantive dollar amount confiscated and distributed to each of the victims immediate family. And of course the perpetrators of the violence lives would be terminated at our earliest convenience.
I watched this vid on youtube and finally caught a still of the moment of impact and it looks to me like the DB's shoulder was the point of contact for the helmet... intentional or not that's a flag...

I have a snapper self propelled mower with a kawasaki engine. its 20 years old and all I have ever had to do is change the oil and spark plug every year.

Same as my five month old Golden. She's nearly 50 pounds while my five year old is 52. She gonna be big.

If you are referring to a Golden Retriever... ours is 3 years old and 95 lbs (yes.. she's registered)... not fat just big... sweetest thing ever...

This is another aspect of this that could be messy... While I am sure there is a large portion of the younger demographic that is probably favorably disposed to a western democracy model, I not sure the degree to which Russia would exert its influence to prevent that...

Who still sends checks in the mail? How old are you

Our company provides services to other businesses (both large and small) all over the country. We process about 150 checks each week. So the rumors of the demise of checks being mailed are quite exaggerated.

China is a stronger country when the Strait is open. My sense of pragmatism makes me believe that something positive can come from this meeting

I could be wrong but I believe China views the US as a major market (if not their largest market...) for their goods and as such is not (at the moment...) willing to rock that boat too much...

Yes there are. These nutty attempts to win arguments by parsing terms are juvenile.

If I understand his point ... I think you missed it...

The basis and guiding principle behind our "civil" rights begin with the Divine. And our Constitution is a document that merely reflects those rights through its various amendments. This is articulated mored directly in the Bill of Rights which (I know) was formulated after the original Constitution.

So if I understand his point it is a very important one...
