think that is an old video from somewhere else from a year or 2 ago. Could be wrong but it looks familiar.

You might be thinking of that video from Egypt where that shark fricked that Russian guy to death.

I still can't get that video out of my head. I wish I would not have seen it. :yack:

This is the correct answer, but if OP doesn't want to spend the money then just get a Mr. Coffee, or find an old percolator at a thrift store.

I still prefer my grandmothers old percolator to my jura around the holidays when I'm home for a while.

agree. Why not add them to teal season or make them bonus birds during big duck season?

You don't listen baw. Old saying you get what you pay for....

Kinda surprises me. I've been watching just because. Its not the best, but its not bad.

This! Leave all politics out of business......and sports....

I remember the good old days of just pulling up on a curb at the ag center (cow palace) and walking. Got out pretty quickly after.

When I was a kid my dad would squeeze a car in any open hole, no rules and a magician at parking spots.

Yep. I was a student in the late 90's at the end of Dinardo and beginning of Saban. We would part 1 room-mates truck sideways then go move it game day and slide another car in. Things sure changed rapidly in the last 25 years esp. after Saban won it all in 2003.

ETA - parking is usually sold out. But I bet traffic is going to be extra worse this year.
That’s where I usually park. It’s down river road and back on I10 to LC.

Now what really pisses me off is contraflow seems to change every game.

Sometimes it’s a straight shot to the interstate by Fast Time Pizza. Sometimes they make you go all the way down to the casino, then the hood, then loop back to the interstate.

both great songs IMO.

Then finally, what if Saban doesn’t go to Miami.

What coaches are you going to ask these questions to?

Saban has already publicly admitted he regretted leaving LSU, but was curious about NFL...

But the 1/9 to Les Miles is intriguing...along with a host of other questions to ask him, specifically:

Why did you eat grass in T.S.?
Who was really in charge of your clock management?
Did Michigan actually offer you a job?

We could go on and on with these....

Coach O?

Did you do cocaine with the team to get so fired up?
How much money was flowing to those 2019 players before NIL?
Why do you prefer blondes over brunettes?

Coach Dinardo?
Why did you think Lou Tepper was your savior to defense?

Coach Johnson?
So did you party too much after last NC?

Coach Wade?
Why didn't you just answer Woodward to stay at LSU?
What exactly was the strong arse offer?

Coach Dale Brown?
Why didn't you win it all with Shaq and Chris Jackson?
quote:

There is some footage from an interview with Shaq referencing the egos on the team. They all wanted their points. Dale had not one but two seven footers plus chris Jackson. Between Dale not knowing what to do with that talent, and the team not being a team, it’s “what could have been”

This. Talent was there, even Dale Brown should have been able to get them to a Final Four. But Dale wasn't up to the coaching challenge.

Easy for me to say I still prefer to make it, but this place would be melting down had LSU lost to a 4 seed as a #1 overall.

This. Obviously we all wish LsU had made postseason and had a good year leading up to it, so I’d swap that out w UCLA in a heartbeat.

But losing like UCLA did in regionals was brutal. This place would have gone berserk!!
Crazy stat! Looks like it’s hard to rebuild and sustain.

What team is everybody rooting for the CWS?

I root for LSU. Since they're not in it, I might keep a casual eye on it, but I'm not rooting for anyone.
Because US kids are lazier than their European counterparts. Most kids in the US don’t grow up playing tennis. If they are good athletes they play football or basketball or baseball.

Watch tennis on the biggest stage. Not very many Americans. I just googled it and only 5 Americans ranked in top 50

You just aren’t supposed to steal away players to a place like LSU. It’s why they hated him so much the first time

If there is a hatred out there for Wade, then why didn't Wade accomplish this at NC State? Why the outrage now he is back at LSU?

Seems like a forced narrative to me.

a combined 1-20 against SEC opponents who had a winning record

Say it isn't so, Joe. That's more than enough information, to sicken even the LEAST squeamish.

yeah we all knew we were bad, but that stat was :wha:
I keep seeing this stat pop up on social media posts...

"In football, mens basketball, and baseball, LSU went a combined 1-20 against SEC opponents who had a winning record in conference play.

LSU was 15-41 in SEC play over across the three major sports, their worst conference record since 1965."

So I looked up SEC records:
3-5 - Football
3-15 - Basketball
9-21 - Baseball

15-41 overall :yack:
