And plane ascending at nearly 90 degree angle.

Not a math major huh?
Had that happen once on a Southwest flight landing at Midway.

Pilot pulled up hard and said, "there was a plane on the runway, we're gonna circle around and try again."
What did you end getting $/sf?

Asking for me.
Yeah... added a large covered patio with outdoor kitchen and TV... replaced all the carpet... replaced the kitchen countertops.

The patio was the biggie, about $70k all in.

Landscaping has slowly changed over but I haven't overhauled it.

No idea if this will be any good, but the scene in 22 where Tatum realizes Hill is fricking the captain’s daughter is top-tier hilarious.

It might even make the Mount Rushmore of comedy scenes. Certainly in the 2010 or later category.
The ATF already restricts "long gun" and related ammunition to 18+ and handguns and related ammunition to 21+... so what exactly are you saying?

You think 14 year old gang bangers are buying their 9mm rounds at the local Academy?

Commie/liberal social media in general. It's alarming how much completely bullshite propaganda there is out there.
That there might be general unrest and rioting like with St. George of Fentanyl.

Yes I'm a US citizen.

The thing I always like about Europeans coming to America is realizing how huge it is.

This 100%

The "lower 48" is 3.12m square miles, and Europe not counting Russia is about 2.4m square miles. So yes, hard for them to comprehend that they could travel from Istanbul to Lisbon and that's not even as far as Miami to LA.

ETA: One of my best friends is Romanian, when the ICE shite went down in Minneapolis she was worried for me and I had to explain that I'm about as close to Minnesota as she is to Norway.

I watched all those before canceling.

That's a good deal and I know there's other good stuff on Paramount too, just have so many streaming options I need a specific reason to pay for any one.
