Later Sunday afternoon, the Bulldogs confirmed that Gurley tore the ACL in his left knee, an injury he suffered late in the fourth quarter of Saturday's game. Surgery has not yet been scheduled to repair the ligament.
The injury occurred on a six yard run with more than five inutes remaining in the contest. Instant replay showed Gurley reaching for his knee after taking very little, if any, contact, but he was able to walk to the locker room under his power.
