Georgia QB Aaron Murray tore is ACL on Saturday in the 2nd quarter against Kentucky. Coach Mark Richt told reporters on Sunday that Murray did this earlier than people think in the game and still played thirteen offensive plays before coming out. According to Twitter
"According to Mark Richt, Aaron Murray played 13 plays on a torn ACL.
Aaron Murray felt "something pop" on his 28-yd run in the 2nd quarter. It was the ACL. He played two more drives and threw for a TD"
Then on Sunday, Murray took to Twitter to thank Bulldogs fans
for their support over the last four years and following his injury the day before...
