John David Mercer-USA TODAY Sports
ESPN announced Thursday that former Auburn head football coach Gene Chizik and former Georgia quarterback David Greene will join the SEC Network:

The recently launched SEC Network, a national sports network devoted to the Southeastern Conference and operated by ESPN, has added former Auburn head football coach Gene Chizik and former Georgia quarterback David Greene to its football analyst roster. Chizik will be a studio analyst on Mondays and Tuesdays and Greene will host Film Room regularly airing Wednesdays at 9:30 p.m. ET.

“The addition of Gene and David rounds out our SEC Network studio roster with a full slate of college football contributors from the offense, defense and coaching perspectives,” said Stephanie Druley, ESPN senior vice president, college networks. “Gene’s experience as a former head coach will provide viewers with unique insight into what’s going on behind the scenes, from weekly game preparation to in-game adjustments, and David’s many hours watching film and preparing as a quarterback make him a great fit for Film Room.”

Nah Lane Kiffin has had no success at Oakland, TENN or USC and now is on the best programs sideline. At least Chiz won something.

An eighteen month investigation into Auburn University led to ZERO violations against the program. Auburn is who brought the NCAA to its knees. They were so convinced that Auburn bought Cam, they never paused to think that is was an easy choice to pick Auburn over mississippi state. For free.

Congrats to Coach ChiIzik! He led Auburn to an undefeated SEC and National Championship. Something lsu is not familiar with.

Chizik must really be thanking his lucky stars he paid off ole Cammy. Newton got him a raise and got him a gig on the SEC Network while Chizik still proved how truly awful he was. He is the most successful failure I know.
