Arkansas coach Bret Bielema doesn't have many positive things to say as of late. Last week he was causing a stir complaining about Auburn not handing over all their plays on practice tapes. This week he's complaining about the hotel his team has to stay in for Saturday’s road game against Ole Miss.
quote:

“We’re staying in Memphis, got about an hour, hour and 10-minute drive,” Bielema told The Clarion-Ledger. “When you throw that in on the front end of an early morning kickoff, it leads to a really early morning. … It’s just not real convenient for the visiting team to have a hotel that’s within a reasonable driving distance. That’s a challenge, as is the early game, but it’s not something we can’t overcome.”

Think Bret is missing The Big Ten?

and this is why the B1G is thrilled to rid of him. He whines more than a 3 year old child. Enjoy him Arky. I know he's better than John Smith, but not that much

He better just be glad he doesn't coach at Grambling.

Ole Miss usually stays in Tupelo for home games, which is 45 minutes. Not that big of a difference.

I hope Les eats some more grass so he can bitch about the divots

First year he gets a pass on the W-L ratio. Second year he better prove something on the field. Third year with his guys and we better see some light at the end of the tunnel. Fourth year is make or break.

You should hear this tub of lard complaining about playing 2 games a year in Little Rock. I don't say it often, but Geaux Ole Miss!!

He wouldn't be complaining if he was winning. .

Someone should remind him that if his team was 0 for the SEC, the game wouldn't be an early kickoff.

What a bitch. A fair representation of the flagship.

This guy is really sort of whiney. I wonder how long he will last. All that really matters is W-L, and so he's not off to a great start.

I'm sure a brilliant coach like Bielema can get his team to overcome the extreme adversity of a one hour bus ride.

Good God he is pathetic. Some home teams stay 45-1hr outside of town for their home games.
