The entire out field is general admission. How early do you have to get there to get a first row seat?

2.5 hours before the game start to get in line. And as soon as you get in your sprint and save the spot.

If you buy season ticket bleacher seat (actual ticket/not printed ticket), you get in a separate line to go in 10 minutes before the rest of general admission tickets. You easily get front row/aisle or anything you want. I caught a ball during batting practice with the centennial logo and had a buddy get Bryant to sign it.

I was there this past summer a couple days before the LSU-Wisconsin game. We got in line less than an hour before the game (maybe 45 minutes or so) and sat second row. My brother, who was with me in line, ran and got first row.

If you are set on sitting first row, I suggest doing what we did. Find a table outside at Murphy's Bleachers (which is a bar right across the street from the bleacher entrance). Sit there, have a few beers, and monitor the line. Once the line forms to a decent length, go get in line.

Exactly this. I can also tell you a decent bit of people basically do this, so pay for your order as you go so as soon as the line fills up you can get there. It can go from 10 people to 50 in a minute.

If you have a nice day, IMO there's not many nicer seats in baseball than first row of the bleachers. Its worth it, get there early. Make sure you bring your jacket as if the wind is coming off the lake it can get cold. Also, be prepared for BP. I caught a ball and missed multiple by a matter of feet if you are in left field a couple years ago.
