Cozumel, Mexico
Or
Ambergris Caye, Belize (blue hole)

On the cheap just to get you excited drive over to Pensacola beach, Navarre beach, ft Walton beach, destin, jetties in Panama City beach, jetties in orange beach and explore. I know they added lots of structures in pcola beach and Navarre.

It's really a dive spot and it's a full day trip from Ambergris Key.

There is Dean's Blue Hole on the outer islands of the Bahamas. It's the deepest salt water blue hole in the world and is more accessible.

Also in the Bahamas. Stuart Cove's Dive Bahamas out of Nassau. Possibly the best dive shop in the world. I went on a fantastic trip there and did the swim with the sharks thing. It was an incredible experience.
