The children's museum is awesome
Raft One (white water rafting in the Ocoee) . Ask for Dusty and tell him you want to ride the bull. they also do mnt biking and zip lining

Rock City - as tourist trap cheesy as it is, it's still a beautiful place.

Try the arts district by the museum. Nice sculpture garden and strolling areas.

The aquarium is really good. I had some time to kill there and spent an afternoon at it and saw an IMAX movie.

Aquarium is a must see. Also, you have to eat at The Boathouse.
There are some awesome parks in Chattanooga. Check out who is going to be playing at The Tivoli Theatre when you are in town. It is a great old venue for some really good music.
