Lake Fausse state park has a canoe trail with canoe in campsites. I haven't been so can't give any first hand info.

Also Chicot State park has campsites on the hiking loop trail. They are right on the lake and could be canoed to.

Yes, the section around Tylertown has a nice 10 hour or overnight trip depending on how much you paddle,

Lake Fausse Point and Chicot are good suggestions. If you go to Fausse Point ask for the canoe campsite on an island, I believe it is canoe campsite #4. Also check out Ouiska Chitto near Oakdale, LA. I think one of the canoe outfits there offers overnight trips.

Ive done black creek, bogue chitto, and Okatoma. The Okatoma has the best Rapids, and actually has some small whitewater rapids that are pretty exciting. You can camp out on the point bars (beaches). There are several outfitters around there.

Bogue chitto is good too. I've done 2 night trips on both rivers.
