Wife and I are thinking about heading out to Mexico Beach sometime in October for a week. How's everything out there since the Hurricane hit?

Watch out for the Dog Flies. They are a mother f'er in October. At least on 30a they are when the wind starts blowing out of the North.

We were in Indian Pass during November back in 2016 and didn't have problems with them. Although it was fairly chilly then so maybe the bugs weren't out because of that.
