Spending a week in Miami. Staying at the Redbury on south beach. What are the things I must see, eat, visit, etc...

Versailles for Cuban - epicenter of Cuban culture in the US
Peruvian - lots of excellent ceviche in Miami I like Jagaur in the Grove and one of the places on Lincoln Rd Mall(loks like it's called CviChe 105)
Lincoln Road Mall - outdoor mall in south beach, great for people watching
Chinese - Mr Chow in the W on south beach, flashy typical Miami beach dining experience
J Wakefield for beer
Brickell Art Walk
