2 nights in Savannah, 1 in Charleston.
Just my wife and me, but she will be 28 weeks pregnant.
Restaurants, tours, sites? She has been to both before but I've not been to either.

Savannah. Back in the day bakery. Amazing sandwiches and desserts. Don't eat on River Street. Over priced, and tourist trap. Both are walking cities so just walk around, and enjoy the history and scenery.

If you like Civil War history, Fort Pulaski is pretty cool

In Charleston I would do a carriage tour. Savannah bus tour. Each city has historical home tours with A/C which provides a lot of relief as it is very humid in the summer months. I would spend more time in Charleston than Savannah if you have a choice. Plantation tours outside the cities. Both cities require a lot of walking around to really get the feel of them.
