Looking for a Breckinridge CO summer rental

Anyone have recommendations for a summer home rental in Breckenridge? Looking for about a week's stay and a great house that comfortably fits 14-15 people.
I will take general tips on which area to stay in or if you've had a good experience and want to recommend a specific home or rental agency.

I would look into Airbnb and the other various sites. If you stay off of the ski in / ski out places, you'll save some dough. In the summer you won't have any trouble getting around, so it really expands your options. Plus the FREE buses run all the time so if you're worried about partaking in any activities, you'll have a ride close enough to where you wanna go. Hope this helps...

Check craigslist. Summit county rentals are usually on there.
