I live in Memphis so I only know Little Rock from visits...I can highly recommend Big Orange for burgers and The Root Cafe for breakfast/brunch, but outside of that, probably just check Yelp, etc

I don't do much downtown just because it's not my style, but me and the lady friend do hangout in West LR quite a bit. I like going to the Tavern and Bouddreaux's for the bar scene.

Just Uber, there are plenty of good places to eat downtown. Microbrewery scene is beginning to pick up but will need to drive to get to the best ones.
