Lake Tahoe Recommendations?

Got a 3 day weekend next week in Lake Tahoe with the GF. Neither of us have ever been before or even know anyone who has. Staying one night on the South Side and 2 nights on the North.
We aren't super athletic or outdoorsy but would like some easy scenic hiking, some kayaking and paddle boarding spots, and some scenic beaches that aren't too crowded to relax and take a dip.
Also any recommended restaurants or cocktail spots would be appreciated. Bonus points if they have a view. Thanks in advance.

Hike up to Eagle lake in the back of Emerald Bay.

Steak House inside of Harvey's is fantastic-there is also boat rentals near the shore in that area. I also recommend you looking into the horse back rides that go up the mountain right there near Heavenly Ski Resort-nice relaxing trip up, great views and pic spots!
