La Merce - Barcelona: Anyone been?

Thinking of coupling this with Oktoberfest. Takes place around 9/21-24. Looks pretty interesting.

I just spent a week in Barcelona April 10 - 17. Loved it. Beautiful city. Lots to do. Great food. Try to stay in the old part of town.

Have not been to La Merce, but have been to Barcelona. It is the single greatest eating city in Europe, gorgeous architecturally (with lots of different styles), located on a beach, and filled with friendly people. Nothing not to love.
