If both you and your spouse have barb wire tattoos on your biceps, then Myrtle Beach is for you. If you don't have tattoos Hilton Head is more up your alley.

I've been going to Hilton Head every summer for the past 25 years. Every time I go I notice the same thing. 85% of the other visitors that go to HHI are from the state of Ohio, which is really annoying.

Also look at Harbor Island/Fripp/Edisto area. Beautiful part of the world. Myrtle is like going to the Fair.
