Google Flights vs Airline Flights

So looking at some flights online and they say "book at XXXXXX airline" and I go the website for that particular airline and the flights on the same day are $100 higher.
Usually it will automatically link me to book but these will not, does that mean the flight no longer exist?

I've run into this. The best thing to do in this case is double check on another site like amex travel. If the price is $100 more, then that's likely the real price. Sometimes google is stuck with old flight prices (similar to old cookies)

Yeah that is kinda what I figured but thought I would ask... kinda annoying because I could use my reward number for double the points if the flight was 90 but not worth it at 190

This is what I have been told a couple times when I called the airline.

Given the number of flights globally and the frequency of price changes, this is bound to happen some time. I've also found the opposite where prices were cheaper on the airline's site than what Google showed.
