Curious as to what everyone here buys their significant other or family member for a birthday gift when going on a trip. Luggage, spa treatments, airfare?

No, I'm curious what everyone buys their family or friends for birthdays if they know they're going to be traveling. People on here have gone all over the world so I picture y'all have done things like a romantic dinner cruise, a private guided tour, a spa-day for your wife on the beach, a night alone from the kids in disney, etc. Don't make me feel bad about doing something nice for my sister for once...

Just went to point clear and did a spa day for the wife.
When we go to Disney i hire a babysitter and have an adults dinner.
