Looking to do 4-5 night at Many Glacier camp site (camp sites available at 7AM PST).
Grinnell Glacier and Iceberg Lake are top priorities.
Any other trails that are a must do?

Good luck on the campsite! I read somewhere that every campsite in the park was fully booked in 9 minutes last year as soon as they became available.
I was able to book a room at McDonald Lodge last Sept for this Sept. One of the last few rooms available inside the park for 2022. This will be our first time and cant wait for that Going to the Sun drive!

For the Many Glacier area, Cracker Lake would be the third recommendation behind the two you listed.
Make sure to visit the rest of the park as well.

In what relation is that campsite to the south of the park? Accessibility wise (traffic, roads, miles)?

We camped in Two Medicine, hiked around lake about 6 miles to some falls. On the way back stopped at the dock and took the boat back to campsite. Think we still had to pay for a two way boat ride but it was fun.
Camped at Many Glacier. Ptarmigan Tunnel/Iceberg Lake is a must in that area. Both are wonderful and not a real hard hike(15 miles round trip if you see both I believe) There can be high bear activity on these trails and they close them sometimes.
Camped in Waterton Park Canada one night. Took the boat into the park and that was the best boat ride we had. The guide was really informative on geology and even funny in a cheesy way. Didn't hike any there but the views from the lake are worth it.
There are not many bad hikes in Glacier. Look up Hike734 on Youtube. He has hiked every mile of trail and posted. Also sells great maps, better than the N.P. ones.
