We just bought a travel trailer after owning a tent ,then a pop up camper. We enjoy camping at state parks most of the time. Do any of you guys travel this way.? What are some of your favorite places?

I wish. I used to be very much an outdoors person when I lived in Las Vegas. So many NP's to go to! Louisiana just doesn't fit my style of outdoors unfortunately. Would love to get to the point where I could just travel this way.

Palo Duro Canyon is in the Texas panhandle just on the outskirts of Amarillo. There are several spots where you can see where native americans used to live. Plus they have a huge vagina cave you can walk right into. Here are some pics.
Colorado Bend is also a nice hidden gem in Texas, lots of beautiful waterfalls, swimming holes and caves to explore.

That looks nice. I will have to check it out and maybe plan a trip. Thanks.
