Cheapest/Easiest way from Orlando Int to Epcot?

I'm going to a conference at Epcot in a few days. What's my cheapest way to get there from the airport?

If you are staying at a Disney resort, Magical Express will take you to your resort for free. From the airport straight to EPCOT, I would Uber/Lyft. It costs about $25-35 depending on the time of day from MCO to EPCOT.

The easiest way is a one way car rental through alamo.
You can pick the car up at MCO and drop it off at the Swan/Dolpin resort then walk into Epcot (less than .5 mi from the Swan/Dolphin)
