There will be about 5-7 guys.
Looking for hotel, restaurant, and golf recommendations.
It looks like we will be at Jeff Ruby's and Pat's for steaks for two nights...the third?
Will also try to catch a minor league game one night.
Any other suggestions?

Sounds like a lot of fun. I've done a few distilleries on the bonbon trail. Woodford reserve was very picturesque and charged five bucks. Buffalo trace on the other hand is free and has a pretty good selection of bourbon at their tasting room.

I really don't have much for you in terms of suggestions, but I'm planning a future Bourbon Trail trip. Here are the distilleries on my list.
Buffalo Trace
Woodford Reserve
Town Branch
Jim Beam
Here are some links that can help you:

It does depend on which ones are your favorites, but they aren't all clumped together.
I prefer to go to the ones to the East of Louisville. BT, WR, WT, and 4R. But you can split them up.
I haven't been to JB, TM, HH, or MM. Someone else will have to comment on them, but WR is nestled right in the middle of Thoroughbred country. And the drive up to it was really beautiful. I loved their distillery.

I've never heard of Tom Moore, but when I google it, it comes up as permanently closed.

We're fine on the tour part, looking more for golf, food, and other random shite advice.

Ah, can't really help you there as I've never been and I'm still planning my own trip. Hope you have a great time.

You might put this on the UK board.
