Planning a trip to Blue Ridge, GA with the family in Febr. Does anyone have any must do's or tips. Really just looking to get away for a while.

Long creek falls which is kinda cool to see. There is a scenic railroad that takes you to a nearby town in Tennessee. Not much to the town except a pharmacy that sells guns but it is kinda cool that you can stand in two different states in the middle of town.

I completely missed that part...Indeed it is, so scratch any rafting or swimming. LOL

Not a ton to do that time of year. You could ride over to Helen and walk around one day, weather permitting.

Train ride was ok, although kids really enjoyed. Drive over to a park and do some hiking.
Depending weather renting a party barge on blue ridge lake was a highlight may not be best idea in February.

Other than that, whiskey, wine relax and enjoy the scenery
