Best Beach Honeymoon All-Inclusive (U.S., Central America or Carribean)

Me and the fiance (no pics) want to do a week long all-inclusive on the beach somewhere for our honeymoon. Costa Rica, Carribean, Cabo San Lucas, Cancun, and Key West have all been talked about. Trying to keep it south of $500/night. Any suggestions? Anyone have any good experiences? We'll be going in April. Thanks in advance!

Excellence Playa Mujeres and don't look back. Wife and I went there June 2015 for our honeymoon and it was awesome. Hoping to go back in the next few years.

I initially booked a two story suite at the Beloved Playa Mujeres (I think) for $2,150 for 5 nights. Fiancé wasn't feeling it so we're now booked at the new Unico Riviera Maya for $2,900 for 5 nights. I think Beloved is obviously a better value, but Unico is supposed to be a bit more luxurious and it's also brand new.

Thanks. The Excellence Playa Mujeres is where everyone is pointing me so far. When I book direct it comes out to $611/night. Is that reasonable or do yall have any tips on how to get a cheaper rate?

All depends on when you're going, how long you're staying, and what room you're getting...and does that include airfare?
I think we got the excellence club two-story rooftop terrace suite w/ ocean view for like 920/night, but that included our airfare as part of a Travelocity package deal. And it was peak season (we left Christmas Eve).
Basically, I'd just come up with a total of what you want to pay for your honeymoon, and choose your room & number of nights that way (minus airfare). But I cannot recommend a better honeymoon spot.

Don't do Key West. Doesn't really have any beaches. It's more party, less relax.

Another vote for EPM, or really any of the Excellence hotels.
$600 sounds reasonable, depending on what time you are going and room type. I would splurge for the 2 story rooftop terrace, but don't waste your money on the Excellence club. If you do the RTT, ask for building 7. You will get an ocean view without paying for EC.

Like others said it depends when your gonna. But, he's a trick: download an app that will change your internet location (there are several out there). They give better pricing if you are booking from other countries besides the US.
I was able to get excellence playa mujeres for $285/night booking from "Canada". I also booked during their black Friday sale.
