Beach vacation idea help

Looking to go to a tropical destination at the end of April beginning of May time frame. Would like a place with outdoor activities as well as good local food. Budget around $3,000 plus 200,000 Chase UR points and 300,000 Hilton points. What are some suggestions that fit the bill?

Except for the fact that Hilton points do you no good there St. John is a great destination although the budget might be tight depending on how many people are in your party. It's an expensive island but the good ones usually are.
