Any must do ideas for a weeks vacation here?

The best thing you can do is explore the areas north and west of Divide. Obviously Pikes Peak is close, but that's nothing special.
Take day trips to Ouray/Telluride, Leadville, Aspen, Rocky Mountain National Park, Denver. There are literally trails and scenic highways everywhere. Hwy 24 from CO springs to Leadville is breathtaking.

The wife and I are going the week of Valentines day. We won the trip at a fubdraiser. So we really have no agenda. Going Sunday through Thursday.

Well shite, that changes everything! You've got to go skiing. Do ya'll ski?
Many of the high passes are closed until May or later. You can still visit Denver and Ouray/Telluride would be lovely in the winter if you can get to them...
Most of Rocky Mountain National Park will be closed.
If you don't ski or it's too inconvenient (there's nothing terribly close to Divide) then look into snowshoeing or find some lower elevation hikes to enjoy.
Someone did this hike called "The Crags" in the snow a month ago. It's just a few miles south of Divide.
