All inclusive recs

Take my 2 kids / spouses and now will add the 2 small grands on a vacation every year. We’ve fortunately been able to go lots of places . They want to do an all inclusive because of the 2 kids ( will be 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 when we go. What are the best ones that are reasonably priced. Not too cheap but not Beaches expensive. ( I can’t justify spending that With little ones to deal with) Preferably with some type water park, even if small for them.
Cannot be too long of a plane ride . A variety of restaurants and top shelf liquor is a must for my son. I know that probably raises the price!

Why do you want all inclusive specifically for the 2 grandkids under 3? The amenities and cost will be lost literally, figuratively, and financially on those kids.
