So i signed up for youtube tv, and my wife can use it but she has to login with my gmail? Could she somehow her own gmail instead of mine?

Don't think you can do that. You have to add her to your family share plan on Google play. That's we do.
FYI. She doesn't need your PW to login so no worries about that. She will auto access once she downloads the app.
