Wireless Router & Hub Recommendation

Anyone have insight on the following: Netgear GS308 8 way hub and Linksys 1900 Dual Band

Here's the long story- I am ditching Cox today and upgrading to AT&T fiber. I only opted for 50 Mbps, because I've been fine with 15 Mbps in the recent past.

My current setup is Cable modem, to old Linksys WRT100, in basement, hooked to a Linksys E1000 on the main floor and a Net gear extender in the upstairs. It works, but it's slow.

I know that I could buy a $400 router and be set, but I just don't need that advanced of a network. I'm hoping the Linksys 1900 & the hub will give me higher speeds and cover the entire house and keep the wife happy with the cost. What do you think?

Super long story- finally ditching Cox!!! I will miss my Tivo, but AT&T & Direct TV combo is saving me about $100 a month. Also, can't wait to dump cox's equipment on their counter and smile.
