Wink Hub with Smart Lights and existing dimmers

Ok, I've gone full in on the wink hub and GE Link lights for home light automation. I currently have 6 GE Link Lights in my main TV room in recessed lighting but there previously was an old school light switch on the wall with a simple dimmer.
The lights all work and can be dimmed by the Wink App and also by the dimmer, however, I'm noticing flickering of the LED lights when I dim them low (<50%) with either the wall dimmer and/or the wink app. Ironically this does not occur in the master bedroom when dimmed and the master bedroom does not have a dimmer.
My question becomes, can I simply get rid of the old "dumb" light switch dimmer and replace it with the below item to resolve this flickering issue?
LINK
Or will this new "smart" dimmer switch still give me issues?

I'm confused. So you're trying to dim the bulbs themselves from the app and also by turning the wall switch dimmer up and down?
These bulbs are designed to dim by themselves and assume the wall switch is a 17 cent on/off contractor switch. Dimming from the wall switch will probably lead to issues because the radio built into the bulbs relies on full power to work correctly.
Save the smart dimmer switch for normal led bulbs. You're being redundant by installing one with smart bulbs.

Well, no, not my wife and I. We simply leave the switch on and the wall dimmer cranked up to high. Then if we want it dimmed, we just use shortcuts or the app itself.
The only people that would use the wall dimmer are like my in-laws or my parents who don't have the app.

I'm thinking I may just replace the wall dimmers with old school simple switches for on/off. Just was trying to use the Lutron wall dimmer for when in-laws or relatives are over for simple use as well.
Their definitely is a layer of redundancy for my wife and I but not for guests.

that lutron switch is super nice.
i'd recommend putting a couple of cheap/good CREE 'dumb' LEDs on the circuit and moving your GE link bulbs somewhere else if you buy it.
The CREEs will dim without flickering or buzzing and if they do, home depot will swap them for you for one that doesn't.

Thanks man! Always appreciate your advice. I just want to finish out the front room and then get a nice ecobee or Nest thermostat and then be done.
The only other question is I have an outdoor front porch light that powers 2 candelabra type lights. Do they make those as "smart" lights? Something like this is currently powering them: LINK
But I'd love to make those smart as they're on the front porch of my house.

I'd go with a smart switch for the front porch.
