Currently have a Early 2011 MBP with a 2.3 GHz Intel Core i5.

Really been wanting to screw around with the new Windows 10 when it comes out.

a) would it be a terrible idea to put a partition on my mac and install it?
b) is that possible?
c)am i dumb?
d) how do you feel about dried bananas? I think they suck.

I use boot camp for windows 8 and like it. Back in the leopard or snow leopard days I used parallels but it was hardware intensive. Prob easy with what you have though.

I'm using that exact same laptop and the Windows 10 preview runs perfectly in bootcamp. The only problem is that Apple's trackpad drivers suck.

If you just want to play around with it use BootCamp.

If you find you want to use it then get Parallels or VM Fusion.

Depends on what your going to do in windows. I use bootcamp because the program I use in windows is hardware intensive.

VMWare Fusion. I'd also suggest you install as much memory as your MBP will take.
