Wifi security camera dilemma

I have Guardian for my security system but I did have them put cameras in the install because I wasn't sure of my internet situation. My only option for internet is Hughes Net (screw SUDDENLINK). I now would like security cameras but I don't want something that will eat up my data plan or something not worth a shite.
Not sure where do go or what my options are. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Just don't put your security cameras on the internet

well..
a) if you really chose hughes net over a cable provider for internet then you are too dumb to help
and
b) security system would be on your home network, not the internet, so its not costing data. under no circumstances should you even think about hooking your security system up to the internet if you dont know exactly what you are doing.
