I'm thinking about getting it but almost everywhere you read it is all negative reviews. How is there coverage in the BR area and surrounding areas (Opensignal.com -it doesn't look good). Other than good phone plans, what else is good about it?

It uses the AT&T network, so other than terrible customer service (which they all have) I don't know what negatives one could come up with. My girlfriend has it and has had no problems at all.

I've had it for almost 2 years. The negative reviews are probably from before AT&T bought it. I have not had any issues at all. The coverage has been pretty good. $55/mo and it has been reliable.
