Where to get a cheap iPhone 5s for att?

Where would I look to get an att iPhone 5s gently used that I could activate for an att account? Looking for cheap but looks new. And what's market price for one of these things? Tia

Just sold mine (16gb) in Baton Rouge with original unused accessories and no damage for $375. It was a year old, preordered last year.

Depending on how patient you can be, I would expect to pay anywhere from $300-350 on eBay. You may be able to find better deals locally through craigslist, but those will disappear with the quickness.
The size hd you want will affect price as well. The 64gb are usually $25-50 more on average.
Here is a link to an eBay search for iPhone 5S on ATT, used and with a Buy It Now price. Auctions are generally a hair cheaper, but I usually find they aren't worth my time.

You can check to see if the phone is black listed with a carrier. Also for an iPhone running iOS 7 or 8 you'll want the IMEI to check the activation lock status.
