yeah other than modern washers that they should never have added electronics to, what is breaking so much?

No, I am just unlucky with electronics. I also seem to break mechanical things, but that is my fault

Have bought tv, and other electronics with no issues. Would buy again as long as who im buying from has a good reputation.

I bought an open box TV from Best Buy. Still works fine today.

My printer is a refurb. Not great but no worse than any of the new printers I've had.

To be honest, most "refurbished" items never had anything wrong with them in the first place and many companies will just replace the circuitry inside electronics rather that attempting to track down a problem and fix it individually. It's cheaper for them to do it this way then send the original circuitry to be stripped down and redone. This is not always the case, but many times it is. I'd say that 99% of the time you are buying a refurbished item that is basically either exactly like new or it never had anything wrong with it to begin with.
