None of the many sites that have been sued for millions in damages and shut down starting with this list.

Just started messing around with it. I also have cable TV. Trying the one from IPtorrents. Seems to work pretty well.

What are some good ones if I am looking for high quality video? That's probably asking too much for IPTV, but maybe there are some that deliver a high bitrate stream.

There’s a 4K section but it’s super small and mostly sports. The rest is 720-1080.

How is the guide/interface? The one I'm using uses smarters TV app and it isn't very user friendly and does not have great guides.

+1 on Apollo. The guide is great, like any other streaming app. However, I use Tivimate on my Shield, you can customize the guide such as hiding channels, making favorites, etc.

Trying Xtreme hd now and it works well but I do not like the interface.

Really depends on service provider. Some have hardcoded apps strictly for there service which are mostly rebranded apps like Smarters or Tivimate.
Tivimate can be customized to your personal preference. Another option is OTT Navigator which has alot of settings you can set to your likings.
