What service plan should I get for a new iPhone

So, I've been working with a burner tracfone for about a year, and the time has come to get an iPhone6.
What service will be the best deal for me?
I'm completely clueless so any info would be much appreciated.

Verizon $60/2GB plan.

I say anything that has at least 3GB if you can't use wifi constantly. About mid year I started to constantly go over 2GB without streaming music or video.

A lot depends on where you live. TMobile has the best deals, but they usually have some of the worst coverage.
