* Confirms site objectives by analyzing and validating user requirements; identifying new features and functionality and the streamlining and upgrading of existing features.

* Plans Web applications by evaluating user specifications; analyzing existing and proposed systems; identifying constraints and technical issues;
* Develops Web applications by studying existing technology architecture; analyzing browser compatibility techniques; evaluating solution alternatives; developing prototypes;

Specialized Skills required are:
SQL
Must be fluent in SQL programming, preferably with an Oracle background.
Must be competent in writing, executing, and debugging SQL select, insert,
update, and delete queries. Needs to be able to write complex queries using
joins, nesting, and other advanced query techniques. Needs to have a
working knowledge of creating tables, indexes, views, procedures, and
functions.

HTML5
Must be fluent in using HTML5 programming to create interactive websites.
This includes but is not limited to HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Applicant
should be able to construct HTML5 enabled web pages using web authoring
tools such as NetBeans. Applicant should be fluent in JSON notation and be
familiar with techniques of transporting data between HTML5 applications and
application servers.

Java
Must be fluent using jsp / servlet technology. This includes developing,
deploying, and testing jsp / servlet enabled web applications. Applicant
must also be able to construct java applications, and be familiar with the
JDBC protocol. Applicants should be familiar with Tomcat and have the
ability to deploy / manage web applications.
