Vizio soundbar turning itself off

I just bought a vizio soundbar this weekend. It randomly is turning itself off after awhile. Have any of yall ever experienced this?

Turn the eco setting or whatever it's called off

Yeah, it probably needs a firmware update. You can get it off their website, pretty easy. I haven't had any issues since updating mine.

as the other poster said, the eco setting turns it off automatically if it isn't in use for a while. mine comes back on if you just press volume up/down. i don't use the vizio remote. you can turn that setting off if you want it on all the time

Sorry I forgot to mention that you will need a thumb drive (FAT fomat) to perform the upgrade, so you may need to get one if you don't have one/an empty one already. Not sure your model, but here is a link to the way I upgraded mine
