ATT tries to get you to do the next. You can do the 2 year contract but I believe they increase the bill anyway. You end up paying for the phone with either plan it seems.

Ordered mine 6am on the 19th. Initially it had a November ship date. Then a few days ago it switched to 10/2-10/16 ship date. Got an email Wednesday night saying it shipped. got it yesterday. Love it

Ordered mine from AT&T website about the same time and I just got an email saying I'll get it Monday.

I have Sprint, my 128 gb took 2 days, my wifes said 2-4 weeks and will come on monday which has only been 1 week
