Worth it?

I'm sick of Verizon's horrific customer service and I feel like T-Mobile will offer more bang for my buck.

Why even talk to customer service? Everything is on the internet that you need.

Agreed. I think I've been with Verizon for almost 10 years and I don't think I've ever dealt with their customer service department

Does city = anywhere where there is civilization? I don't exactly live in a metropolis...but I rarely, if ever, go out to the sticks.

ive had tmobile for years, and i generally love it, but at times if youre traveling in a desolate location, you will not have service - just a heads up.

i like t-mobile enough..

you never have any overages and if you have multiple phones it is super cheap. no contracts.

the service is fine where i live, and i don't travel..

if you travel a lot and are in rural areas the service is not as good as some other companies..

you can do a test of tmobilev for free to decide..

T-Mobile hands out free phones to existing Verizon customers to test-drive its network

but I checked and now it's out of stock.. first time I've seen it not available..

LINK

that sucks, because just a month ago i had someone try it out that way..

That's great...if you have no use of the internet. Virgin uses Sprint towers which are the worse of the major companies. Sprint 4g LTE doesn't allow you to talk and surf at the same time. For $37 you are getting 1gb worth of 4g LTE before they drop you down to 3g. That is not good enough for many people.

Also you should switch to Boost Mobile. Same company, same towers but if you sign up for auto-pay you get unlimited talk and text and 2gb of 4g LTE for only $30. Much better deal.

Yes t-mobile is the only carrier worth having. They get a bad rep for coverage, but they have improved and will eliminate their entire 2g network by years end. I am biased though. I do own a substantial amount of T-Mobile USA stock.

Yes, T-Mobile Rocks. You will most likely lose signal in the country but they are fixing that as we speak.

Depend really. I live about 20 minutes from Chattanooga, I don't get service at my house. T-Mobile coverage sucks. Ask a neighbour that has it.

They will give you an iPhone 5S for a week for free to try with no questions asked (at least they used to). Try it out and see if the coverage is good for you. You'd be crazy not to switch to TMob if the coverage is great for you. I say this to everyone.
