The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible

I keep getting this error message every time I try to boot my computer. The computer has two hard drives and will boot just fine to my old hard drive but will not boot to the new one that it usually boots from.
A week or so ago I downloaded a program and I accidentally installed one of those shitty toolbars. I immediately removed the tool bar using iobit uninstaller and I started to get the boot message as soon as I restarted.
Ive tried going into BIOS and restoring factory settings. Didnt work.
Ran safe mode and did rkill, malwarebytes, and avast. Everything is clean.
Id rather not boot to the old hard drive because the new one has everything updated and Windows 7.
Anyone have any idea how to fix this mess?

When you boot from the old drive, is the new drive accessible?
If it is, boot from your Windows disk a and run BOOTREC.EXE
If you are using Windows 8:
1. Insert the Windows 8 installation disc, or recovery media.
2. Press a key when prompted.
3. Select the language, time and currency format, and keyboard or input method, and then click Next.
4. Click Repair your computer.
5. Click Troubleshoot.
6. Click Advanced options.
7. Click Command Prompt.
8. In the Command Prompt window, type bootrec.exe /fixmbr, and then press Enter.
9. When finished, remove the Windows 8 recovery media or installation disc, and then restart the computer.

Yes.
I don't have the windows disk though.
I do have windows 7 and 8 disks for my laptop. Can I use those?

Have any USB's attached? I had the same error a few months back and it was b/c of the wireless dongle.

If you are just fixing the MBR then one of those should work.

Sounds like the bootloader is missing or corrupted.

MBR?
Master Boot Record i believe. When you set a disk to boot in your BIOS it looks at the MBR to see what the hell to do next. Google it for more info.
