Anybody tried it? It's still in alpha, but has been pretty stable for me so far and seems to work well. The next word predictions seem to be a little better than regular SwiftKey. Might just be my imagination though.

I see significant improvement so far today...Only thing I don't like is the darker themes. I'm really liking it besides the themes.

How is something in alpha if we are testing it? Wouldn't that be beta?

It's just a label that different developers use differently. It doesn't mean anything specific.

The usual standard is that alpha testing happens while new feature development is ongoing. Beta starts when all planned features are present, but there are still bugs to squash. After beta the product is released, ideally with few & minor remaining bugs.

Of course, tight release schedules can mess that up.

I think it just uses a different method to predict words. And so far it seems to be a lot better at doing so.
