I've been using Spam Bully for years but the last 2 renewals created nightmares for me. Their support staff is in la-la land. I'm ready to move on.
One review rates "SpamFighter Pro" their choice. LINK
CNET likes them too: LINK
That said, I'm always a little leary of reviews. Any recommendations for a good Spam filter? I paid $24.95/year with Spam Bully.

Gmail / Google Apps

Well if you got a Google Apps account, you could have it check your current box (you still haven't told us anything about it though...POP,IMAP, Exchange? and there's a Google Apps Sync tool for Outlook.
Outlook sucks balls though I much prefer Google's webmail interface.
