Which would you rather: A smartphone with incredible new features that can only be found on that phone or a battery life that can at least get you through the day and likely two days assuming the smartphone is still consistent with today's standards?

Personally, I agree with Sony and would take the battery life no question.

Battery Life. I am already pretty happy with what is out right now. My phone is fast enough. I just like new interfaces and tweaks now.

I'm taking the battery life. The fluff is nice but I used my old phone for 3 years just because of how great the battery life was and how durable it was.

I agree with the 2k vs battery issue. My phone has 1080 and I don't really need that for a phone. The new thing is to throw pixels out there and people think more is better but they don't understand the sacrifices you have to make to get it.

I'm all about the battery. I would rather a larger heavier phone with a longer life so an insane high quality screen which the human eye can barely discern is not something I care about.
