Small Laptop Bag Suggestions

Hey Y'all, looking for some laptop bag suggestions. I have a surface pro 3, and a large leather briefcase. The briefcase is larger than I need for such a small computer.
I need suggestions for a smaller (professionalish) bag that can hold a small mouse, charger, surface pro 3, a pad of paper and other various odds and ends.
Anyone have anything they use and like? Quality is more important to me than price, I've lost computers before when a strap broke or slipped off.
I like a shoulder strap over a backpack.

Get a Saddleback Thin Briefcase.
I like it because I can fit my shaving kit and jacket etc in it for a day trip.

I have a tumi bag and love it. Paid almost three times what I had paid for my previous samsonite bag, and haven't regretted it at all. This thing will last forever.
